Blended learned can be more than the sum of online and on-campus components. This is a case study across a number of large courses redesigned for blended learning, using Open edX to supplement the University LMS. This talk will cover the implications for pedagogical design, interfaces between online and on-campus experiences, and the Virtual Learning Environment that our team has tackled as part of a major shift from MOOCs to blended courses.
