Welcome to the Open edX 2019 Conference, hosted by UC San Diego! This year’s theme is all about collaborative learning, and how Open edX enables technologists, educators and learners to collaborate, innovate, and move the state of teaching and learning forward.
Online micro-credential courses are the latest revolution in the field of teachers' professional development. In the session, we will introduce our course model, its implementation on the Open edX platform, and its unique features. We’ll include a live demo of CET's micro-credentials course template, explain our Challenge-to-Competency funnel, and outline how you can initiate your own micro-credential project.
