My current work includes Blockstore and doing code reviews and platform improvements for edx-platform. I also delighted to talk about performance, courseware, and Open edX architecture in general. I've been working on Open edX since the prototype days of 2012, so I'm familiar with some of the crufty old pieces (e.g. Modulestore) and the history of how we got to where we are.
